Tuesday 5:30p.m. plyo cardio
Wednesday- no class
Thursday 7:15p.m. intervals + weights
Friday 5:30 p.m. boot camp + abs
Fun fact for the week...
Sumo wrestlers gain there weight by only eating one meal a day. So you dieters out there... if you think you are doing your self a favor by only eating one meal a day you are actually training your body to do the exact opposite of what you want. By only eating one meal your metabolism shuts down and you begin holding on to everything you eat.
Make sure you are eating at least three meals a day to keep your metabolism working correctly!
