This week we will have class
Monday at 6:30pm Strength + intervals
Tuesday at 5:30pm Cardio Tabata + Abs
I will be out of town the rest of the week so Wednesday and Thursday classes will be cancelled.
If you would like to still do a workout I have posted two workouts below that you can do for Wednesday and Thursday. These are workouts that you can do in your home so there are no excuses not to do them!
Wednesday: 7's - Cardio
- We call this workout 7's because you do seven of everything... including seven rounds! You have 4 minutes to complete the following exercises. If you end early, take the remaining time to rest.
if you are new to my workouts try to complete the round as fast as possible with 3 minute rest in between each round.

Thursday: Plyo circuit training
- This workout you will do each exercise in group A for 30 seconds with out rest. Once you have finished exercises 1-5 rest for 2-3 minutes then repeat 3X. Do the same thing for group B.
