Week 3

Hope everyone had a great Homecoming weekend and ready for a good workout week!!

This week we will have class Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30pm.  For the next eight weeks Wednesday classes will be from 7-8pm.

Monday- Cardio/Plyometric
Tuesday- Interval training
Wednesday-Strength training
Thursday- Bootcamp

Please spread the word about the classes and lets get some more people coming!
