Week #3

Hope every one had a great weekend!
This week's workouts will be:

Monday- cardio we will be meeting on the SUU track at 5:30pm - if you go too the aerobic room no one will be there!

Tuesday interval training @ 5:30pm in aerobic room

Wednesday strength training @ 7pm, aerobic room

Thursday boot camp @ 7pm, aerobic room
