I hope everyone had a great long weekend and ready to start working out again!
Classes start Wednesday at 530pm in the SUU PE building, 3rd floor.
This year everyone will need to bring their SUU ID cards and will need to sign in before participating in the class.
The schedule for this week will be:
Wednesday 5:30pm- tabata workout
Thursday 5:30pm- cardio workout
