Hello everyone!! I hope you had a great summer break and are ready to start working out!
Classes are going to start Wednesday September 3rd at 5:30 p.m. In the aerobics room. I will update the blog every Sunday with current times and workouts. This year I will be teaching classes Monday - Thursday @ 5:30pm... on occasions we will have classes Friday and Saturday as well.
Check the blog again on Sunday for the workouts that we will start next week!!
Please make sure you bring your student IDs... I have to check them this year. If you are not a student and would like to come please see me before class and we can figure something out!
