I hope you guys are just as excited as I am for this weeks work out! If you didn't exercised over the break like you should have don't worry and still come. My classes are modified for all fitness levels. The great thing about my class is you make it as hard as you want it to be.
With that in mind here is the schedule for the week
Monday @ 5:30pm we have a cardio\ interval training work out consisting of the track, stairs, and hallway- it's going to be fun!
Tuesday @ 5:30pm strength training- are heaviest weights are 10 pounds so please realize that we will be doing lighter weights and more reps.
Wednesday @ 5:30pm cardio circuit- this workout will consist of six circuit rotations which we will perform a different exercise at each station. Depending on time hopefully we will complete three rounds.
Thursday @ 5:30pm HITT work out- this type of workout is one of my favorites. we will work for 20 seconds at 100% and rest 10 seconds we will complete 8 round (4 min). We will do a total of five different HITT workouts!
Just remember you can make the work outs as hard or as easy as you want.
Excuses are like armpits... everyone has them and they all stink!
