Week 5

This week is boot camp week! All of the workouts will be done in partners or teams! We will also be doing a nutrition challenge for all those who would like to participate I will explain everything on Monday.

Class times are also going to be different this week as well... Monday Tuesday and Thursday will be at 7 00 p.m. and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m..
