Fitness challenge for week 5

I'm really excited about this challenge that we will be doing this week so I'm going to tell you a little about it!
It will last for 2 weeks and the purpose of this challenge is to try to earn the most points possible. This is just a fun way to work out and will hopefully bring out some peoples competitive side!

You are trying to earn points as an individual, however you will be paired up with either a team or partner everyday.  You can increase your chances of earning more points by picking your own team or I can pick them for you.

How to earn points:
Every day you can earn a certain amount of points during the workout. For example you may earn points for rounds completed, quickest team, or just for showing up.
You can also earn more points by watching what you eat...  I will talk more about that on Monday.

Each person will keep track of their own points during the day and report the total amount of points earned to me at the end of the day.
At the end of two weeks the person with the most points will receive an awesome prize!
