Class Schedule

This weeks schedule will be a little different so please pay attention to the times!

Monday @ 5:00pm - Tabata + sprint relay
Tuesday NO Class
Wednesday @ 5:30pm- Strength training + Abs
Thursday @ 5:30pm- Team building workout
Friday @ 5:00pm Cardio

See you guys tomorrow!

Remember Zumba is starting this week Tuesday at 7pm and Thursday at 4:30pm!
