Monday 5:30p.m. Tabata + abs... make sure you go and support the gymnastics team at 7!
Wednesday 5:30p.m. 20 min cardio + 20 min weight training
Thursday 5:30p.m. team cardio/plyo workout
Maybe Saturday at 10am... I will keep everyone posted if we have class!
