This Class is all about jumping!! We are getting off the ground anyway we can!
We will do several different jump moves each one timed from 30-60 seconds.
It is a high intensity class but can be modified to your liking.
Its a great way to burn those few extra calories and have fun!
ABS LAB
Everyone wants hard rock abs and this class will prodive it! We do 30 mintues of stright abs (we may put some back strengthening exercises in as well.)
It a quick class but it will get the job done!
This weight class is a muscle building and toning class. Its a great way to gain a lean body mass and lose weight.
Girls... this class will not bulk you up I promise! Remember the more muscle you have on your body, the more you will burn!
CIRCUIT SHOCK
This circuit style class combines ploymetrics, weights, cardio, and some kick boxing.
Its an over all class that will work everything! It will bring a great variation to your workouts!
CARIDO
This class is a great 30 mintue class that will burn those few extra calories. Its a hard non stopping class that will leave you feeling great!
FAT BURNING CARIDO
This class is only offered early in the morning at 7:15, It a great way to start your day!
It's short but very fun and will hopefully leave you feeling very sore!
Just a little side note: please eat before you come to these morning classes, nothing to big but something that will give you energy to complete the work out. Dont think that you can eat a big dinner and call it good for the morning... most of the food that you eat at night will be gone by morning leaving you with low blood sugar. If you work out on an empty stomach it can cause lightheadedness, fatigue, weakness and many more things. EAT BEFORE YOU COME!!
