Hey guys! I have to apologize for not posting last week. I was on my way to mexico and tried to post but I guess it never went through. However, it is a new week and I have some fun workouts planned!!
Monday at 5:30pm Tabata workout (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) + Abs
Tuesday - No Class
Wednesday at 5:30pm strength training circuit
Thursday at 5:30pm follow the leader cardio
Friday at 5:30pm HITT + Plyo circuit
This will be the last week of classes for the semester so make sure you come!
