Sorry this post is a little late.... hope you guys had a great break!
This week's workout schedule will be:
Tuesday 530pm- plyo cardio work out + abs
Wednesday 6:30am strength training- it is a little early... but you can make it!
Thursday 5:30p.m. team workout- we will be splitting up into 3 different teams and pushing each other!
