Great job today guys... it was a tuff work out and you did awesome!
Here is the recipe for the cookies that's we had today
1/2 cup garbanzo beans (chicka peas)
1tbs butter
1/2 cup Brown sugar packed
1/4 cup sugar
1egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cinnamon chips
Preheat oven to 375.
Place beans in a food processor -add water to the beans until it is a creamy texture.
Cream sugar, butter, and beans together with mixer until fluffy about 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla and continue mixing.
In a separate bowl at all the dry ingredients.
Combine dry and wet ingredients and fold in cinnamon chips.
Cook for 8-10 minutes
