Class schedule this week will be
Monday @ 530   fitness assessment
Tuesday@ 530 cardio
Wednesday@730pm weights
Thursday@530 bootcamp
Friday no class....

Next week will be spring break. If the PE is open we will have class for those of you staying. If you are leaving.. have a great spring break and we will plan to see you next week!
