This week we will be having class at 5:30pm everyday.

Monday -5:30pm
workout: Se7en - Bootcamp

Tuesday-5:30pm
Workout: Four Quarters- Cardio

Wednesday-5:30pm
Workout:weights

Thursday-5:30pm
Workout: plyo's

Friday-5:30
Workout: Circuit

Saturday- we may have a class depending on the PE building (it might be closed for the holiday)
