First week back! I hope everyone had a great Christmas break and a good first week of school!
This week is going to be a little crazy so bare with me... our first day of class will be tuesday. Class will start at 530 sharp every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays please try to be early to grab the equipment needed for the work out.
I'm hoping to add wednesday and maybe even a Saturday class later on in the semester. But for now it will be the days listed above.
Tuesday @ 530 we will be doing a fitness test.
There is 16 weeks in the semester so we will do a fitness test every eight weeks.
Thursday @ 530 we will do a cardio/ plyos work out
This Friday only we will have class @ 2:00pm (this time might change but if it does I will announce during class as well as post it.) We will do a strength/ cardio workout.
Bring a water bottle and you're suu id cards!

And my last question is if the classes cost money?
